Ordering Medication  

Q. What currency are your prices quoted in?
All prices are quoted in U.S. Dollars.

Q. Is a prescription required?
No. We do not require a prescription for your medications, but it is advised to check with your Dr before ordering any prescription medication.

Q. Can you fill prescriptions from Doctors in any country?
Yes. Classic Drugstore does not require a prescription to fill your order. We are able to ship your medications to any country location as we offer worldwide delivery service.

Q. My prescription is for a different quantity than what you carry, can you fill my order?
Yes. You can order any quantity as long as that quantity is a multiple of the available pack size listed on our website. We only ship the manufacturer’s sealed bottle or package.

Q. Do you fill prescriptions for pets?
Yes. Classic Drugstore does fill medication orders for animals.

Q. Can an order be cancelled?
Yes. An order can be cancelled if the order has not been shipped out of the drugstore. Once the order has been shipped the medication can't be returned.

Q. How do I receive the necessary forms for ordering?
At Classic Drugstore we do not require any forms or paper work to be filled out. Just go online and add the desired medications to the shopping cart and checkout online. You may also call Classic Drugstore toll free at 1-800-707-9980, and place your order over the phone. At Classic Drugstore we make ordering easy, secure and confidential.

Q. If I am already an existing customer, do I need to send any forms or prescriptions?
No. Just log into your account online and add the medications you wish to order to the shopping cart and checkout. Alternatively you call Classic Drugstore toll free at 1-866-542-8569, and place your order over the phone. At Classic Drugstore we make ordering easy, secure and confidential.


Q. How do I place my refills for my medications?
Refills can either be processed by logging into your online account at www.Classicdrugstore.com or our Customer Service Centre Toll Free at 1-800-707-9980, by sending in a Fax Toll free at 1-800-707-9980 or using our Online Re-Order Form. Please provide the medication name and quantity, along with your name, address, phone number, and method of payment.

Q. Why are your prices so low?
Our medication pricing is often lower than prices in the U.S. for several reasons. The first reason is the strong U.S. dollar compared to other countries around the world and secondly most other governments utilize price and controls on pharmaceuticals and cap subsequent price increases.

Q. Are all drugs less expensive?
Most, but not all medications are less than what you would pay at home.

Q. What sort of quality standards does Classic Drugstore have for medications?
Classic Drugstore has very strict requirements for the quality of all medication it dispenses. We only accept quality medicines from countries where their standards are considered to be among the highest in the world. All medications are produced in government-approved facilities.

Q. Why do some medications have different names in other countries?
These are brand names registered by the manufacturer. In different countries the very same manufacturer as in the USA will often use different brand names. These same manufacturers may also change the appearance of the medication as well. (For example Prilosec (Astra USA) Losec (Astra Canada) or Aciphex (Janssen-Ortho USA) and Pariet (Janssen-Ortho Canada)).

Q. Why can't I buy Valium, Tylenol #3 or similar medications from your drugstore?
We legally cannot ship any narcotic or controlled substance across the border. We also will not sell any habit-forming medications.

Q. What is a "generic" drug?
Generic drug is the exact same medicine as the "name brand" product but made by a competing company. While many people believe that "generic" drugs are somehow a different medication, they are not. They are the exact same medications, available at a much lower price.

Payment and Billing  

Q. What currency am I billed in?
All prices are quoted in U.S. Dollars and all credit cards are charged in U.S. Dollars.

Q. How do I pay for my order?
We accept Visa and MasterCard.

Q. When do you bill my credit card?
Billing is done just prior to order being shipped.

Q. Can you bill my credit card from outside the U.S.A.?
Most of the time we can charge your credit card without any issues, but some credit card companies block charges to your card that originate from a foreign country. Payment cannot be collected even when the correct credit card information has been provided. We suggest you contact your credit card company to notify them that you expect a charge from Classic Drugstore, and ask them to remove any blocks on that charge.

Q. Will you accept my insurance?
Unfortunately no. Classic Drugstore cannot accept insurance. We can provide you with a proper receipt for insurance purposes. Please contact your insurance company for details.

Q. Are there any other fees other than the drug cost and shipping/handling?
No. Our dispensing fees are included in our drug prices. THERE ARE NO EXTRA FEES!

Shipping 

Q. Does Classic Drugstore meet all of the legal requirements in order to ship medications into other countries?
Yes. Classic Drugstore meets all legal requirements to ship prescription medications into other countries. We are an I.P.S. (International pharmacy Supplier) licensed drugstore and licensed pharmacists dispense all your medications in a government-approved facility.

Q .How long will it take to process my order and ship my drugs?
Your order may take between 2-3 weeks to arrive. Once we have received your order providing there are no problems with your credit card or address details.

Q. Do I get charged a shipping charge for each prescription?
No. The shipping charge is for each shipment.

Q. What is the shipping charge?
Shipping and handling charge is $10.00 US for each order, not each prescription. Multiple Orders (ex. spouses,children) from the same address ordered at the same time may be shipped together and charged only one $10.00 US shipping fee.

Q. Are there any other fees other than the drug cost and shipping/handling?
No. THERE ARE NO EXTRA OR HIDDEN FEES!

Q. What countries do you ship medications to?
